Free shipping on all orders over £25. Orders less than this will be charged a nominal flat rate of £2.50.
Delivery Schedule
Orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque clears. Paypal orders will usually be sent on the next working day. Orders are sent first class. Our delivery services require a signature as proof of delivery so please ensure that somebody will be available to sign - you may wish to consider delivering to a work address. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered quickly, no liability can be accepted for any delays. However, in the event of any significant delay you will be immediately contacted and offered another time for delivery or a full refund.
Returns
We offer a 7 day returns policy on all items. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery, in the condition in which it was received. You will then be given a refund minus our original postage costs. In the event that the item is faulty or not as described you will receive a full refund.
If you wish to return any item, please ensure that it is well packed and is returned, unused, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. |
